I know that truck!
He was hanging out at the ITT last weekend, working as the “registration sherpa” for you to follow out to the course since you couldn’t see it from the shore. This photo is from one of the autocrosses last year. I have been meaning to talk with him about the truck but I haven’t gotten a chance to yet.

Quite possible. I believe he is one of our VT Sportscar employee members. I really need to remember to bug him about the truck if he is at the ITT this weekend.
